A New System for Rapid Arm Growth

Reg Park, Legendary BodybuilderLittle or no muscular growth is possible without sufficient muscular intensity stimulation and pump.  A.M.P. stands for AREA-MAXIMUM-PUMP the scientifically designed raining method designed to fully stimulate with exercise over a chosen area. The theory, a proven one, consists of exercising opposing muscle groups alternatively flushing blood to the area under attack. This method of A.M.P. is especially effective with ARMS.

With the remainder of your body part exercise either completed early on or another training session, your concentration is now centred on your arm routines of A.M.P. Area – maximum pump.

Each compound exercise consists of one set for BICEPS followed immediately by a set of TRICEPS… Rest for less than one minute, and then continue with the second sequence. Further brief rest is taken followed by the third alternative muscle routine. Thereby ensuring area maximum pump brings MASSIVE ARM SIZE.

That completes your A.M.P. arm routine workout, with the guarantee that your arms will be pumped to their maximum capacity ensuring rapid growth. Aim if possible to use a poundage which allows you to reach to ten reps. Naturally the reps will in practice vary and the reps are just given as a guide.

Your poundages will also have to be arrived at by trial and error with the normal proviso that you increase poundages as and when possible through natural stretch increase.
