Sticks Workout Tips

 

“L” CHIN-UPS

A great compound for multiple muscular systems.  You may have to practice the “L” until you can maintain it for 30 seconds.  Once you can then start adding strict under or overhand grip chins while hold the “L”.

Target 10 reps.  If you fall short, do multiple sets until you reach the total.  Once you do an uninterrupted set of 10-15 reps both strength and physique muscularity will have received giant Bennies!!!
