There is currently a iron shoe course for sale on e bay some good shots of the course so worth a look even if you don't intend bidding
Search: J C Higgins vintage bodybuilding guide

I'm starting and will add to an iron boot/ ankle weight training chart .
Here are 4 basic movements that can be preformed with either piece.
Generally I would choose 3 movements and do 12-15 reps each . That
constitutes one cycle . I would then work up to 2-3 cycles .
